Cancellation Policy

We at (mycartz.com) assure our customers that all products sold by us are brand new and 100% authentic. In rare cases, if the products you have received is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described', our Free & Easy Returns policy with 100% refund covers it .Please see our refund & return policy for details.

In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and if the order has not been processed by us, we will be more than happy to cancel the order and refund the entire amount to you. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.

Cancellation by Mycartz.com :

Under rare situations, we won't be able to fulfill your order due to reasons specified below

  • Product no longer available with our merchant or temporarily Out of Stock Limitations
  • Restrictions on quantity or number or orders as per T&C
  • Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing or promotion information
  • Problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department
  • Inaccurate or insufficient address
  • 1 Product, 1 Customer Policy
  • Remote location, not serviced by Courier Companies
  • State Tax rules, that require submission of additional forms
  • Any other reasons not mentioned here

However, if the order is cancelled from our side, 100% refund will be made with 30 working days without any deductions or interest etc.

Cancellations by the Customer :

In case we receive a cancellation notice from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and if the order has not been processed by us, we will cancel the order and 100% refund will be processed. Incase the order has been processed, we may deduct up to 10% of the invoice amount as administrative expenses. In cash of COD payment, the cancellation charge will reflect in debit of your account. In order to cancel an item in your order :

  • Log into your MyCartz account and go to the 'My Orders' page
  • In the detailed order page, you will see the 'Cancel' link against each of the items in that order
  • Click on the 'Cancel' link, indicate the reason for cancellation, choose a mode of refund and confirm cancellation
  • Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible
  • Identify the item you want to cancel and click on the corresponding 'View Details' link
